I started VAAHE because my mother's cooking deserved better spices.

Growing up, I watched her cook every day — same recipe, same hands, but never quite consistent. Years later I found out why: adulteration and anonymity. The spices had no story, no origin.

So I spent two years travelling across 12 states — Kerala, Rajasthan, Assam, Wayanad — tasting at the source. India grows the finest spices in the world. They just never reach the kitchen that way. VAAHE is my answer to that.

Every jar should tell you where it came from — and you should be able to taste the difference.
